The Company Holiday
What started as three holiday themes, ended with social media posts and an email campaign with a 26% open rate, in a world with an industry average of 13%. When it was decided internally that we were going to give back, it made sense to share the giving spirit with clients. The external send of the campaign linked to individual pages for each organization with a call to action to donate, while internally the email encouraged employees to participate with their choice of organization. The participation rate internally was 100%.
